• We manage Google Ads campaigns according to the client’s marketing goals.
• We reserve the right to update or change services or prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, designs and software on the website are the exclusive property of the company or licensed to it.
• No content from the website may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

4. Payment policy

• Service prices are set in writing or through an official quote before any project starts.
• An advance payment (specified in the contract) is due before work begins.
• The client pays the remaining amounts on project delivery or according to the agreed schedule.
• If payment is delayed, the company may pause work or suspend services until outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Delivery time

• Project timelines are set according to the type of service and the size of the work.
• Any delay by the client in providing information or content may extend the delivery time.

6. Maintenance and technical support

• We provide maintenance and technical support according to the agreed packages.
• Technical support does not cover faults caused by client misuse or changes made by third parties.

7. Google Ads

• We manage advertising campaigns on the client’s behalf using dedicated Google accounts.
• Advertising costs are paid directly to Google, in addition to the management fees charged by our company.
• We are not responsible for Google’s policies or any changes to its advertising systems.

8. Search engine optimization (SEO)

• SEO services aim to improve the visibility of the client’s website in search engine results.
• We cannot guarantee specific results or rankings on Google, as these depend on external factors.
• The client agrees not to make changes to the website that affect the agreed SEO strategy.

9. Limitation of liability

• The company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the website or services.
• The company is not liable for website downtime or breaches caused by factors beyond our control (such as cyber attacks).

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated version.

11. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
